Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in their original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
- Not show signs of damage caused by misuse

Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items. If you would like a different size or replacement item, please contact our customer support team.
Free Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping labels for approved returns. Once your return request is approved, instructions and a prepaid return label will be provided.
Restocking Fees
Nina's Fashion does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

- Final sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
